Knoll at One Arts Plaza
Knoll Inc. is leaving the Design District for the heart of downtown. They will be opening a 10,000 square foot LEED certified showroom at One Arts Plaza in January. The reason: To connect people with how they work and how they live.” It’s a cool space, but I think it’s kind of a pain to park there. Of course, you can always go to Smink Inc for your cool Barcelona chairs and Saarinen tables.

I can’t wait to see how Knoll uses all that glass storefront space - What fun window shopping before dinner at Screen Door. By the way, what kind of parking are you used to? One Arts’ parking is a dream - better than any other downtown building. You can pop in and out of 7-Eleven by parking right in front of the door, valet for lunch or self park in the garage on on the surface lots. Choices, choices, choices …
