I love this really cool house on University, by SMU, it’s refreshingly not a McMansion new build in the Park Cities… It’s this really cool bungalow. The address is 3630 University Blvd.
Also, the houses by Lakewood Country Club on Brookside is amazing. It’s this strip of like 8 houses that are fromthe 1930’s & are much larger than the typical houses from that era. Driving through there in the early evening is enchanting with the windy road & low hanging trees.
