Champs D’Or Update

My sources tell me that Champs D’Or is under an option contract ’till February and that the current owners are doing some gas production somewhere on the property’s 140 acres (I hope not by the lighted tennis court with bleachers) and that those acres are over the Barnett Shale and oh I just wonder wonder wonder if this has anything to do with the fact it is under contract?
