Happy Birthday, Central 214

Let’s celebrate with drinks. And no excuses, it’s educational. Tonight and every Tuesday in October from 5-7 p.m., a Central 214 bartender will offer step-by-step instructions for making a specialty cocktail accompanied by a selection of chef Tom Fleming’s signature hors d’oeuvres.
