Hey Todd, I’m doing my homework for you, too. Spent a long time yesterday with Dr. John Hayes, Chief Executive of HomeVestors — you know, those “We Buy Ugly Houses” people. (Oh my God, I am in no way suggesting you have an ugly house. In fact, just the fact that your home was created by you adds at least $25K to the value.)
